They both have some major differences. Martin Luther King Jr went to 9th and 12th grade. Cesar Chavez dropped out of school. Plus he also went to 37 different elementary schools. Martin was protesting segregation. Cesar was mainly protesting for the rights of farm workers. Martin was assassinated. Cesar Chavez died in his sleep. They both have a lot in common. They both believed in non-violence. They thought it would lead to peace. Martin and Cesar both protested unfair laws in the U.S. Both also were great civil rights leaders. They gave speeches to get people to vote and to help them go against the laws. They also used their personal experience as a reason to become a leader. It taught me many things about a leader. It taught me how to be a leader. It showed me what it meas to be a leader. Use your personal experience as a reason to be a leader. It also taught me how to make my voice heard. If I believed in something enough I should fight for it. The best way to be a leader is to protest to other people. Gather as many people as you can that believe what you do.
